Fix audio/video stutter delay in VLC Player

Note: This fixed my problem with VLC player and is not a guaranteed fix for your problems in VLC or in life. If you do something wrong i am not responsible.

Thanks to joejoerowley for his work and his persistance to find a solution to my audio stutter problem in VLC.

Step 1: Open VLC

Open VLC

Step 2: Open VLC Preferences

Click on Settings>Preferences or hit Ctrl-S if you have experience with personal computers.

Step 3: Follow steps to finish

Follow the picture below and try playing the dvd to ensure the process worked.

Wanasayansi wamekuza jino kutoka kwa mkojo wa binadamu

Matokeo haya yaliyochapishwa kwenye jarida la utafiti wa kisayansi la Cell Regeneration, yalionyesha kuwa mkojo unaweza kutumika kuunda celi ambazo zinaweza kutumika kukuza vimelea vinavyofanana kama meno.

Wanasayansi kutoka China waliofanya utafiti huo wanatumai kuwa utafiti huu unaweza kutumika kuwapa watu wasio na meno fursa ya kuwa nayo.
Hata hivyo watafiti wa celi za mwili, wanaonya kuwa utafiti huu unakabiliwa na changamoto nyingi.
Vikundi vya wanasayansi kote duniani wanatafuta mbinu za kukuza meno kwa njia ya mahabara ili kukabiliana na tatizo la wazee kung'oka meno na hata wale wanaong'oka meno kutokana na afya mbaya.
Seli zijulikanazo kama -Stem cells - ambazo wanasayansi wanaweza kutumia kukuza aina yoyote ya seli, hutumika sana katika sekta ya utafiti.
Wanasayansi wa China waliofanya utafiti huo, walitumia mkojo wa binadamu, mwanzoni mwa utafiti wao.

Seli zinatoka mwilini kwa njia ya mkojo , zilikusanywa na kuwekwa kwenye mahabara.Mchanganyiko wa seli hizi na zile zilizokusanywa kutoka kwa panya ambao hutumiwa kwa utafiti, ziliwekwa ndani ya wmili wa Panya.
Baada ya wiki tatu seli hizo zilianza kufanana kama meno zikiwa na sehemu zote za jino. Hata hivyo meno yenyewe hayakuwa magumu kama meno ya kawaida.
Utafiti huu hata hivyo unahitaji kazi ya ziada ili kuzalisha meno halisi.
Profesa Chris Mason, mwansayansi wa seli za mwili, alisema kuwa mkojo wa binadamu sio hatua nzuri ya kuanzia kutengeza meno halisi.
Sio kiungo kizuri kutumia kwa sababu mkojo hauna seli nyingi na kazi ya kugeuza mkojo kuwa seli ni ngumu sana.
Pia alionya kuhusu tisho la maambukizi kutokana na viini vya bakteria vilivyo kwenye mkojo
